- Printed copy of schedule
- The link for slot reservation (https://cee.usm.edu.ph) is accessible only from February 8, 2024 to March 2, 2024
- Please note that the University prohibits onsite application during the examination day
- During the registration, please prepare the following
Unique Learner Reference Number, 12 digits (please do not use 123456789)
Electronic 2×2 ID photo
Only a JPG file is acceptable. Other image formats are not allowed
300 pixels by 300 pixels, not to exceed 2MB file, in plain white background, must have no shadows
Must not be taken more than six (6) months before uploading
The applicant must wear decent attire with a collar, ears uncovered, and no eyeglasses
Your photo is intended for your USM ID once you pass the entrance exam and decide to enroll at USM
Before printing your examination slip, please wait for further announcements regarding your examination room. The room assignment will be available at your USMCEE account (https://cee.usm.edu.ph) a week before the examination date
