Qualification
- Must be a resident of Concepcion, Iloilo
- (Combined annual gross income of Php200.000 or less) for Belong to a low -income family
- An incoming or current college students with a general average of at least 85% or equicalent (2.0-2.25)
- With no other scholarship grants
- ff. specializations and Preferably enrolled or will be taking any course related !
- Engineering

- Accounting
- Social Sciences
